Quick-Start Clinics
We are happy to offer group instruction at your monthly meeting or special event including tournaments, weddings, family reunions, fishing clubs, civic group, church group, Boy Scout/Cub Scout meeting (we are merit badge counselors with an Eagle Scout on staff), fishing seminars or sports shows. If you need a speaker/trainer at your event please contact us. We can put together a presentation customized for your interests.

Surf Fishing Clinic- Instruction includes selecting a good fishing location ("reading") on the beach, lures and baits, hook selection, rods/reels, additional gear, casting instructuon, seasonal species of fish, fishing techniques to "hook up" the fish and regulations. Private guided Beach fishing trips available by appointment. See our "Private Lessons" page for details.

Fishing Clinic - sseasonal species, pier fishing etiquette, casting techniques, various baits and lures, retieving fish, packing for a pier trip, rods, reels. We can take your group on the best pier and provide instruction on the pier in addition Se our "Private Lessons" page. Pier fee and rental rods are additional costs.

Kayak Fishing Clinic -Learn the essentials about fishing kayak rigging, fishing gear, safety gear, rods, reels, locations and techniques. We bring a fully rigged fishing kayak to show the various equipment on board in cluding GPS, Fishfinder, anchor trolley, milk crate, various rod holders, PFD, etc.
